A conversion-focused marketing website for Stead Squad, a Digital Squad as a Service (DSaaS) subscription for Singapore SMEs, built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS v4. Features a centralized content architecture (single source of truth for all copy and site config), pricing and package pages, subtle scroll-reveal animations, and full SEO treatment for Organization, Service, and FAQ. Lead capture flows into a custom Express API and back-office admin panel, part of a three-app monorepo (marketing site, admin dashboard, REST API).
